Gorgeous visual and a wonderful advise that I am definitely going to use.
One good trick that I like and have heard about on Dr. Oz show is to substitute sugar for chia seeds in facial scrubs:
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Mix the ingredients together before applying to a damp face. Allow the mixture to set for two minutes before using a wet washcloth to remove. Splash cold water on your face when you’ve finished.
Love it! Natural healthy ingredient. I read ones that if you would not eat it – do not put it on your skin. And I do try and stick with that idea as much as I can and this will help 🙂
To your health,
Elena

Love this. I am trying the Skin Clarifying Exfoliant this weekend. What are you going to try?
I will try the apple cider vinegar ~ hoping for some shine! Thanks for the hints!!
I love apple cider! There so many great things you can do with it! I should do a post on it 🙂 I am glad you have found these helpful, when I saw this posted I thought wow, I want to have it handy, and so I posted it here! I love blogging!
Thank you for stopping by!
I am trying the Skin Clarifying Exfoliant as well, but I want to try it with chia seeds!
Oooh. Good. I will make that change.
Denise, don’t get me wrong, I am sure brown sugar is great, I just feel like chia seeds may be good to try as well, perhaps a bit less abrasive 🙂
Fantastic things…. I have taken your advice; coconut oil in the morning for my teeth – they are now whiter and my mouth feels healthier, baking soda mask – my complexion looks radiant. Thank you for sharing so many great ideas!
Yes, thank you Collette! I have also been doing the baking soda mask every week now, and I love how much healthier my skin looks and feels 🙂
Aw, this was a very good post. Taking the time and actual effort to create a good article… but what can
I say… I hesitate a lot and don’t manage to get anything done.
Thank you Jerri, it is hard for me to follow my own advise sometimes. I find these great pieces of information and the next step to actually start applying this info in my own life, that’s where the bog helps – at least I have all this in one place, easy to look up when needed!
Great post! On pinterest in goes 🙂
Thank you MommaBee 🙂 I am glad you found it useful.
